Stephen K. Krull is the senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Owens Corning. Previously, he served as vice president of corporate communications, with primary responsibility for the global corporate communications function. Mr. Krull joined Owens Corning in 1996 as Division Counsel for the company's Roofing and Asphalt division.
Prior to joining Owens Corning, Mr. Krull was corporate counsel for A.B. Dick Company, Chicago, and an associate attorney with Sidley & Austin, a Chicago law firm where he specialized in commercial transactions.
Mr. Krull was previously the chairman of the Legal Advisory Board for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Washington, DC. In 2004, he was elected to the Associate Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo. In 2005, Mr. Krull became a member of the Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Ohio.
Mr. Krull received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law where he graduated with high honors and was an editor of the Kent Law Review. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University.
